For almost 40 years I have been in the real estate business, either as a Loan Officer or in direct sales. My career has included managing low income loan programs for individuals looking to make home purchases, directing mortgage programs for agricultural and agri-business loan programs and direct sales of residential homes. I have a great knowledge of the real estate market and lending programs available to those needing financing for their purchase. I am also a certified agent with the Veteran's association for home ownership.
