Cindy shows much care for her clients. She is an amazing realtor and knows how to negotiate and advocate for her clients. She is always available and makes her clients feel that they are the most important one to her. I cant say enough positives about my experience with her!

Cindy brought great knowledge of the North Shore market and helped us buy a Woodland Park home we love. She had great balance, showing us as many houses as we wanted to see while giving us valuable insights on the neighborhoods. As a licensee, I was pursuing my home search myself. My home buying process started by touring a house that Cindy had listed, and she immediately grabbed my attention. I could tell how passionate she was about Real Estate, and how much she loves what she does. While that particular house was not for us, Cindy and I agreed that if she found me a house, I would work through her. She spent countless hours presenting opportunities to me and taking us on tours. Even though I was incredibly picky, and was looking for a $1M house in the $500K price range, she continued to look day and night for us, even though there wasn't even a guarantee I would use her if I found a home myself.Ultimately, after 15-20 options, Cindy found us an off-market opportunity that we fell in love with. We toured before anyone else did, put in our offer, and she worked her magic with the listing broker so that they took our offer even though they had three back-up offers. Cindy proved that Redfin and Zillow are simply not enough in today's market place.Cindy is incredibly kind, hard-working, and good at what she does for a living. I now consider her a friend, and anybody that works with her will feel truly lucky to have her on their team. She even got us multiple gifts for our dog, baby, and housewarming.
