As first time home buyers moving from Michigan, we didn't know what we were doing when it came to buying a home and Cindy was so helpful to us. She walked us through the entire process and answered the millions of questions that we had. We must have looked at 30+ homes in Stamford and Norwalk trying to find the right one and even decided to switch towns to Norwalk after we didn't find a home that felt like us in Stamford. She was always patient and helped us make sure we were buying a home that was a good fit for us. I especially appreciated that she respected our budget and showed us great options that she pre-screened to make sure it was worth visiting. She worked hard to get us a good deal on our home and to make sure we weren't overlooking any potential issues. Some issues with the seller arose near our close date and Cindy resolved them while simultaneously calming our first-time homebuyer jitters! She was easily accessible - I was always able to reach her or heard back from her promptly. She is originally from the area and was very helpful orienting us to the region and recommended local restaurants/stores/etc that she thought we would enjoy.
