  • Cindy helped me buy a home

I would not recommend Cindy. I have a huge orange pump that must stay in front of my house during hurricane season, June through November. I had asked about it. She claimed it was only there because of the current flooding conditions in 8/15. I must also answer door often for County employees to inspect retaining pond level. As well as leave them a 10 ft. access to it in case of needed maintenance. Cindy did not make me aware of this. Soon after purchased, I learned the large oak tree in front of house was diseased and needed to be removed. The home inspector, who she recommended, missed several things including outdated wiring and breaker box, mismatched HVAC system, insufficient windows, improperly painted pool. She assured me of the "flip" company (sellers) were good to work with. I also learned after sale, my house had been vacant and abandoned for 10 years. And had been recommended for demolishment. As a recent widow, purchasing my first home on my own, I really needed someone more on my side.
