I relocated to Dallas for work and was not familiar with the DFW area at all. Cindy and Scott were very patient with me as they showed me homes in several neighborhoods around the city that could work with my job location and that were in good school districts. They were really good about pointing out pros and cons of the houses we saw as they genuinely wanted us to find the right house for us. Cindy was also great at negotiating our contract once we decided on our house. She even found an error on our closing documents that ended up saving us several hundred dollars. I really appreciated her attention to detail. Cindy and Scott have been a great resource for us even after we moved into our home. Theyve provided us with contractor recommendations and advice on why to do when we receive paperwork for our new home in the mail. The Kennedy Group more than exceeded my expectations during my home selling, new construction purchase, and temporary living arrangement journey. It started out as a casual conversation with Cindy. She offered to take me looking anytime, and my adventure snowballed from there. My husband and I were amazed at the personal treatment we received. The way Scott and Cindy were so attentive, I felt like we must have been their only clients, which of course was not the case. Our neighbor even told me he had never seen a realtor hold so many open houses and be over so much and that he would use them when he was ready to sell. They provided a professional home stager to ensure our house was in perfect show ready condition, and most importantly, used their vast experience in guiding us to arrive at an appropriate listing price that we were comfortable with. They were outstanding in the negotiation process with the buyers and their agent; they advocated for us and will do the same for all their clients. You can trust that you want them on your side whether buying or selling a home. Their performance was the same for every transaction, including building and finding a suitable temporary living arrangement during the construction process. I told Cindy I had low expectations for a short term lease while our new home was being built, and that I was just going to deal with it because it was temporary. I asked her to do what she could. Scott and Cindy found us a brand new construction house for a short term lease at a great negotiated price. They never gave up and consistently found ways to make things work. Scott and Cindy honestly strive to make their clients happy, and I sincerely cannot recommend them enough. They went way above and beyond for us in so many ways.
