Cindy just helped my wife and I purchase our first home, and we could not be happier with her services! Cindy was wonderful to work with when my husband and I were looking to buy a condo in the Portland area. I appreciated her knowledge of the market and her willingness to discuss strategies for getting what we wanted. Cindy went out of her way to help get my many questions answered, often doing her own research or communicating with other professionals to get the information I needed; and she always responded in a timely manner. She has a positive attitude, and we worked great as a team to find the perfect place in a very short amount of time. Cindy is also tech-savvy, which allowed us to communicate easily and to process all our paperwork online. She is amazing! If we decide to buy another property I will definitely call on her again. Your advice regarding the preparation of the property for showing was invaluable. The attributes of the home were much easier to appreciate due your suggestions on how to rearrange furniture in the rooms. You clearly had the right approach on presentation since just a few days after the first showing we got an offer!! Also, most helpful was your willingness to accommodate my schedule so we could meet to get papers signed and resolve any issues. Your advice during negotiating a price and responding to the buyers requests was helpful making the path to closing a smooth one. And, thanks so much for your efforts in trying to find a home for Sophie the Forest Dog. Best of luck, though I doubt you will need it, for the remainder of the real estate season. Should I have the opportunity to recommend you to someone planning on selling their home, I will enthusiastically do so.

Cindy is one fantastic realtor!!! Not only is she very personable and approachable, she cares. I mean really cares, not the kind of caring you hear about in the advertisements. She listens, probes and then helps you figure things out. She helped us market and sell our old house in Forest Grove and then find and buy a new house in Beaverton. The advice we got for the fix up and sale was spot on and dramatically increased the price we got without breaking the bank on the expense side. She was professional, accommodating and went out of her way to walk me through the process, while ensuring the quick purchase/sale of both properties. Her expert knowledge of the market also resulted in my selling for more and buying for less than I had originally expected.. definitely a WIN/WIN. Cindy had the patience and expertise to find me the home that I really wanted at the price I could afford.
