Cinzia Morelli

I work for a large corporation and have been moved many times so I’ve sold a few houses and have worked with many real estate agents; but none of them were in Cinzia Morelli’s league - not even close. She is a go-getter who hustles with years of experience, a deep knowledge of the market and smart real estate strategy. Although she has sold real estate everywhere in Tampa, you would be nuts not to use her in West Meadows where she herself lives. Most real estate agents take a broad range of communities, that include bad areas, to determine the value of your home; and try to convince you to sell it for a low price to get a fast sale. They lose a few bucks in commission but they move more properties quickly. When we interviewed her, Cinzia informed us that we lived in one of the top two communities in West Meadows and that we could sell our house at a higher price (????). I have never heard a real estate agent tell me that. And sure enough she did! This is not to say she can do this for everyone but it shows where she can she will and she is willing to stick it out for you to get your best price. We had problems like an absolutely moronic first appraisal by someone that did not know what they were doing. With nerves of steel Cinzia worked through the situation talking sense into people including myself. She would tell me what we should really do and I would hang up the phone saying “wow she’s good!” Cinzia has very good street smarts. She is very intelligent!!! On top of this, her Italian heritage makes her a great interior designer. She helped us stage our home so well that after we finished, I wasn’t sure I wanted to sell it!!! Having relocated numerous times over the years I am well aware of how stressful selling your house can be. You worry about many things; how long will it take to sell/ will I get a good price, will the closing be complicated and so on. It can be nerve wracking. For that reason I interview several to select a realtor who I believe will be competent, aggressive and responsive to my needs as a seller. I was not disappointed by Cinzia Morelli. In fact my recent experience selling my home was the best experience I have had. Cinzia came in with the most thorough and relevant market analysis of the realtors I interviewed. Once I selected her she went into action with advice on how to present the home in the best light and professional photography to show off my home. My home not only sold quickly but almost to the penny of what Cinzia told me she thought it would sell for. Some of the qualities that set Cinzia apart in my mind are her patience (sellers can be a pain) and her communications. She is not a realtor who gets your listing and then communication diminishes. She keeps you informed all throughout the process. Cinzia was a gem and I am very happy that I found her.

We moved from Virginia to Tampa without too much info. about Tampa real estate or Tampa as a town. Cinzia Morelli was referred by a friend as a capable real estate agent who knows the area well. Cinzia listened to our needs, likes and limitations. We made several trips to Tampa in search of a house and to familiarize ourselves with this area. Cinzia was always available and cleared her busy schedule to accompany us in our journey. She would narrow down the localities that fits our requirements but she would show us the other areas too and very quickly we came to the understanding that Cinzia really know what we are looking for. I wanted to be closer to Tampa downtown, shops and restaurants. My husband preferred quiet, some land with the property and a short commute to work. We contacted Cinzia one day and explained what we were looking for. The next day she showed us homes and found just what we were looking for. She walked us through the whole process. She got us the best price plus some extras, stayed with us in the walk through, did an extra walk through before signing, got the seller to come to us for closing and has kept in touch since to make sure we were happy with our home.
