Cisco is smart, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of my questions with explanation no matter how neurotic they are. Cisco fought through negotiations to get us the best deal on our new home and moved through the paperwork quickly.

When I decided to put it on the market again I naturally called him. He was prompt , pleasant and knowledgeable. He visited several times to see the progress and to give his encouragement; he was very patient. After everything was done we listed the property and within just a couple days it was under contract.
