Most importantly (to me), CJ was always responsive, while also staying respectful of my schedule, which can be very unpredictable. He didn't show frustration or panic if I was out of town for work and needed my focus to be away from my search for a few days. There was no "salesy" pressure to jump at the first property that met my criteria. He was referred to me as well as I was relocating back to the Cleveland area. We discussed what I was looking for and the areas in which I was interested in living. His provision of homes (website) available based on my criteria allowed me to peruse when received. Any time I called to look at a home CJ made arrangements in a timely fashion based on my availability and the sellers. He never pushed a particular property which made me comfortable that he was just not looking for a sale. We looked at a number of properties and I truly appreciated that CJ was patient and supportive. When the right home came along, he was very knowledgeable and directed me through the steps needed to ensure the process stayed on track. CJ provided me with names of loan institutions, inspectors, etc. with no bias regarding use. Left the decisions to me. His knowledge regarding the closing process was comforting as well. I have bought and sold homes in my past and I have to say this purchase was the smoothest I'd experienced.
