As a first time home buyer I relied heavily on the expertise of CK Cole. It was essential for CK to marry her lengthy experience with my novel skepticism about the industry. I can honestly say that there is no other way I could've gotten my home if it weren't for CK. CK assembled a great team (mortgage broker, lawyer, appraiser, and inspector) to ensure that all activities were aligned with our wishes. Lastly, the contract (the most important part) was crafted in a way where we needed no money at closing but also received a check for 2k at closing.
