The Claire Kenna group made buying our first home quite simple. I would like to thank Claire and her team for all their help but I esp want to shout-out Claire Kenna for being so amazing going to see all these houses with us working late into the night to make sure we got to see all the houses we wanted to check out . Claire was always there with any questions we had. If we ever buy a home again I know who I'll call the Claire Kenna group!

She got me at making blocked showing times for the tenants. Instead of scheduling showing times throughout the day as needed.I wanted the least amount of inconvenience to my tenants.

Claire was amazing. We were waiting for a year to close on a short sale, she was always available duringthat time to answer questions about the home we were in. She never made us feel pressured to list ourhome before we were ready. When we did list it, she had a full price offer for us 30 minutes into the firstopen house.

She was extremely professional and courteous in understanding my needs. Her proactive research about the sales in the area helped me effectively price and market my house in the market. Wonderful person to deal with.

We bought our first home with Claire, and the process was a lot easier than I expected. Day, night, or weekends, Claire was always in contact with us to answer our questions and available for viewings of listings. She worked around our schedules to help us find our home in our free time. She was straight forward and gave honest opinions on whether she thought a home was right for us or not. After finding our perfect home in a few short weeks, I would highly recommend Claire for anyone looking to purchase a new home!

As a first time home buyer, I was unfamiliar with the entire process of buying a home, from knowing what I was looking for to negotiating and inspections. Claire was incredibly patient with me and took the time to educate me about the process, in addition to being available/accessible and helping me along the way. If you don't have time to read any other reviews, please read this one!!! Let's start from the beginning..... A year ago, my husband Dan and I wanted to sell our home. We bought the home in 2009 and renovated the bathrooms and put in hardwood floors. After several years we decided to sell our home because our family was going to grow. We had a Realtor who tried to sell our home, but after 6 months of less than 10 showings and an offer of 45,000 less than what we actually purchased our house for before renovations, we gave up and took it off the market in November. Fast forward to February 2014 and enter Claire Kenna. After several phone calls and messages from Claire stating to just "give her a chance" that she "can do it" we made a decision to try again. This was quite frankly the best decision we ever made. Claire hired a stager and professional photographer( all her treat if we signed with her) catered a broker's tour, and had an open house which brought in over 50 people in 2 hours and over 800 views on our website. We had an offer on our home within 3 days!!!! Next came the time to buy our dream home!! Claire sent us listings any time of day and toured us through any home we wanted. We finally found "the one" and decided to make an offer!! After 3 days of going back and forth with the seller, Claire finally got our offer accepted. What a relief!!! Until the next the hump that was in our way. In order to buy our dream home, we had to make sure that everything went through on our current home. That left the appraisal(which came in 15,000 lower that Claire had to handle), a somehow encroachment on our property( that Claire had to make phone calls on),and a mortgage company on the buyers end that rescheduled our closing date 3 times!!!!! Claire had to sacrifice many things to make these sales happen. First and foremost, time with her family. Second, she lowered her commission to get us through one of the many hoops of real estate. Third, her time and energy. I know that this was not an easy experience for Claire. There were many times I called Claire in tears just to be reassured that everything would work out, and it did. Throughout this experience, Claire and I developed a strong bond that will continue past a sale. After our closing Claire walked us to our car and said "Remember, I am always working for you. Day and night I am always there". So what you really need to ask yourself is this...... Do you want a Realtor you can trust, rely on, build a friendship with, and someone who is truly working for you? If your answer is "yes", then you already know what to do. Choose Claire.

Claire was very instrumental in selling my house in the shortest amount of time. Also getting more in return than I expected. She has the knowledge of what the market value is, easy to work with, and takes you through step by step on the process of what to expect. I recommend her highly on her professionalism, friendly manner in deal with seller and buyer. Truly a leader in her profession.

We just closed on selling our house last week and Claire helped us buy a new home as well. Without Claire, I think neither selling our house for what we wanted or purchasing the new home we wanted would've happened. She is always there (even on vacation) to help answer any question via telephone or text, extremely helpful. I have worked with other agents before and felt like a bother or they wouldn't respond to me for hours or days. When selling our house, nothing seemed to go right...appraisal came in low, the other agent was very tough to work with, the buyers loan company kept pushing the closing date, etc. Claire fought for us every time something happened and made sure we got what we wanted and needed. She's not only a great agent who fights for you, she also gives you peace of mind in case you need it. She is also extremely helpful on taking great pictures and staging the house. People kept asking if we actually lived there because the house looked so amazing! I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home and would absolutely use her again in the future for any real estate transaction.
