She disclosed the nationality and the religious beliefs of a seller on a property that is not one of her listings but it seems like a conflict of interest. She did not ask me the features I am looking for in a home. She does not listen or want to acknowledge what I am looking for in a property nor my budget requirements as I get ready to retire. She states she has been a realtor for 16 years yet asks about specifics regarding financing after she stated she knows about the lender I will be using. Additionally, I found a perfect property that she has listed but due her integrity, I will keep looking. I require honesty and integrity in my business dealings.
