Claudia Mann

We moved to Sumter last year when the market was so hot that houses were under contract within hours of being listed. We originally worked with another agent and felt like we weren't getting anywhere. After many miscommunications and several offers rejected, I contacted Claudia and within an hour felt like she was already doing more to help us find a home than the previous realtor had done in months! She really listened to us, taking into account our needs and wants and very quickly had us under contract on a home that checked all our boxes. She helped make the whole process smooth and easy, was very quick to answer any questions we had, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Sumter area!
