I moved to the United States 14 years ago from a South American country called Chile . I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a great grasp at knowing and understanding multiple cultures and the displacement that can occur from moving; for me it wasn't just moving from one house to another, but a complete change of worlds. I understand the stress and the importance of doing things right, having gone through it myself. Every buyer and seller experiences the same, regardless if it's their first or tenth time. I love the challenge of negotiating the offer and will fight hard to represent your interests with style, grace and respect, to all involved parties.
