I purchased a home in Dec 2022 with the help of Clayton. It was my third time working with him (purchased and sold a previous home) and he was immensely helpful throughout the entire process every time. I trust that he knows what he's doing and will provide me the information and advice that I need. He was willing to provide feedback on homes I was interested in, and showed me any homes I wanted to see on my schedule. He went above and beyond to keep me informed, keep the ball rolling, and made the process as simple as possible. He negotiated with the seller's agent to get the best and most fair deal for the house, and the final contract included $13,395 in seller-paid concessions, and a free home warranty. When the house appraised low (appraiser was unfamiliar with the area), he and the lender coordinated a second appraisal that came in $26,000 over the purchase price. I feel confident in my purchase and was able to stay on track thanks to the weekly update emails from Clayton. He is consistently friendly, reachable, flexible, knowledgeable, and motivated, and I could not ask for a better realtor!

We were selling and buying another home in Texas. This required market knowledge, excellent communication skills and peer respect of our agent, Clayton. Not only did we sell and close in 3 weeks, but we sold over list price. Clayton kept us informed conscientiously, and did a superb job of coordinating both transactions with the Title companies. Clayton took charge of an issue with a light replacement in our pool, doing the research, scheduling and even paid for the repair himself to keep things moving along with the sale!

In the end, we were thrilled with our purchase which ended up checking basically every box on our wish list and could not have coordinated what would otherwise felt like a herculean long-distance relocation effort had it not been for Clayton and his team.
