Cliff helped me buy a home
I am a first time homebuyer and everything with this process went great. Cliff was very understanding of my stress and anxiety issues and he took things at the pace that I needed and was extremely patient when I kept passing up houses. He knew what I was looking for and what our price range was and never tried to get us to spend more than what we were comfortable with. He is very calm and understanding, has a positive attitude and genuinely a caring person and I will use him again in the future when we ever decide to move.
Cliff listed and sold my home
Cliff helped us to sell our house in Castle Rock and buy another in Monument. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and in a competitive market, he helped to make the seemingly daunting process of buying and selling as stress-free as possible. We worked with Cliff for several months to find the perfect home and throughout this time Cliff was always patient and receptive to our feedback on the houses we looked at. In the end, we found a great house and couldn’t be happier. We absolutely recommend Cliff to anyone looking to buy or sell!
