If you're reading a review about Cliff because you need an agent then absolutely use him! Cliff sold 2 homes and represented us on our purchase of a new home. He sold both homes very fast and over asking price. I have worked in law enforcement for 25 years and I'm very picky on who I can trust and is honest. Cliff is an awesome real estate agent! From start to finish, he was right there patiently answering all of my questions. Buying a house can be very stressful, but Cliff made purchasing a new home so much less stressful. He is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, and extra taxes. He also found us our dream home, which I thought would take much longer with all of the needs we needed fulfilled. He also helped us find a great renter for our rental home. We eventually decided on selling that home and he made that process extremely smooth. He listened to my concerns and helped as my mediator. I would highly recommend Cliff to everyone
