Having no real experience with price range and local communities (only having rented in the MWC area) it was a pleasure to take Clint's knowledge and expertise in the OKC metro and surrounding areas, to show just how far our dollar could stretch. Not only did he find us the perfect home, and perfect location, he also helped us through the process answering any and all questions, communicating with the sellers realtor to expedite the process when we had questions. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Clint. He even met with us the day of our inspection and sat with us, making sure the inspection was thorough, and answered my many questions once the inspection was complete. It was a pleasure working with Clint Hammond as I was selling my property. Very professional and kept me in the loop at every turn. Additionally, I would define Clint as a new wave realtor. Tech savvy to say the least. He uses the latest online tools to do business. Paperwork was a breeze and he took care of everything. One might expect that from a realtor on his A-game, but it is the extra effort that sets Clint apart from the others. On the last meeting with the buyers to approve repairs, the house was hit with eggs, shaving cream and toilet paper by who I suspect was juveniles. Most realtors would not help to clean up...but Clint did. Another time he pitched in and helped while I was trimming trees. I have never heard of a realtor doing that! Keep in mind he represented the buyer. Clint is "good people" and cares about others. Simply put he does the right thing. I cannot say enough about Clint. If you're looking for a realtor to do right by you Clint is your man.
