We dealt with The Socher Team for both renting and then buying. In our experience, they are the most responsive realtors around Cleveland, no matter what you need. First, they found a house, not on the market yet, to rent, making our transition to the area so much nicer, then, a year later, they found us a house to buy. Always available for questions, if your realtor is not immediately available (yes, they are human), another team member is there to spot. I interviewed 4-5 real estate companies trying to find the best match to sell my parents home, where my siblings and I grew up. When I met Nick Sternad and Coby Socher, I was impressed with their professionalism and the vision they had for the home. Different ways a potential buyer could utilize the space. Built in 1949, the home had only one owner, my parents, who lovingly cared for it. We remodeled it completely before we listed with the Socher Team. Nick and Alex Ryb out of the Chagrin Blvd office guided me through the whole process of the listing, taking photos of the house and communicating a status update every week.
