Tara was absolutely wonderful to work with during the selling of my home. She was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and what potential buyers would be looking for around that area. It was very easy to get in touch with her during the entire process and she made sure all my questions were answered before I had to make any decisions. She also went above and beyond handling the communication with the other seller who was out of country and coordinating all the difficult logistics of that with ease. I would definitely recommend Tara to anyone looking to sell their home.

Having Cody and Tara as my realtors was the best decision I made. My husband is in the military, and about two months before he deployed we found our home; a new build. It was a scary decision to make before he deployed because I would be doing everything on my own. During the sale of my old home Cody and Tara were very thorough with getting my house ready to go on the market. They explained things very well and everything went smoothly. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure that I got it.I am most grateful that I had them during the build of my home. They knew things that I never would've thought of. Tara helped me pick out my things, which was great because she has a wonderful sense of style. They made sure I understood everything, even going as far as explaining things before my builder did so I was always prepared. They were there for every meeting and for every walk-through. They knew what to look for, what to ask for. And even fought for me when it was needed. Most importantly, they answered every phone call, every text and every question no matter what time of day. They calmed every fear and every tear. And made me feel like I wasn't alone. Cody & Tara are amazing in every way that you need, they're first class and make you feel the same.
