Cody helped me buy a home
I’m a first time home buyer and I actually found Cody Reiter using homelight.com. He was local to my area (Upland) so I figured why not give him a try. I honestly didn’t have the first clue of what I needed to do to buy a house. He coached me threw the whole process from getting a loan to closing deal! He went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first home. I was very picky and on a low budget so it took about 6 months of none stop looking to finally find an affordable house with a large garage to fit all my toys. We probably looked at 25 plus homes. Cody was always willing to schedule an appointment with the seller and meet up no matter how far away the houses were. Very professional! Extremely helpful! Always on time! He will without a doubt be my realtor for life! 10 stars! Call him up and give him a try! Won’t be disappointed! Most of these realtors are out her trying to get the biggest pay check possible. Cody found me the best house on the market at the cheapest price!
