Cody did amazing through this process and I can not say enough great things about him. I bought this home from out of state and Cody took it across the finish line while making it as easy as possible for me. Cody is a great guy who was helpful, responsive and a fantastic resource. Thanks Cody!!

Cody Thomas helped us find the perfect property in Breck. His in depth knowledge of the area and market was a huge benefit in our property search and subsequent closing. This is a true local family owned business with decades of experience and the passion and integrity to make sure you get the best deal and experience possible.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Cody Thomas on the recent sale of our two pieces of land and we could not have been more pleased. Cody is professional, responsive, informative, knowledgable and accommodating - not to mention, he really is an all-around good person. Cody and his team provided keen marketing insights and analytics as well as invaluable recommendations and direction on how to successfully sell our land quickly and for the price we desired. When we are ready to move to Colorado (which we hope will be sooner rather than later), Cody will absolutely be our agent and Paffrath & Thomas will be our agency. Thank you, Cody!

Cody and the Team at Paffrath and Thomas, did a great job helping our family purchase a new mountain cabin. They were very responsive to our requests and strategic in the offers, and making sure our family was well served... I would recommend Cody and the team at Paffrath and Thomas to all our friends.
