Cole showed us houses below our price, the top of our price range, fixer uppers, move in ready, etc. He showed us everything on the market that either fit our criteria or came close to. I'm pretty sure his exact words were, "I'll show you 100 houses if that's what it takes to find what you guys want!" We may have actually seen 100 houses! (sorry) He took all the bits and pieces from all those VERY different houses we saw and knew what we liked and found us our forever home. Then he turns around and sells our house within a week!
