Sold a home in 2026.I cannot say enough about Coleen Grenier. What she did for us went far beyond anything I thought a realtor typically does. Coleen was constantly at our house advising us on staging, coordinating contractors, and making sure everything was done the right way. She arranged junk removal, an epoxy floor, and painters, and when the epoxy contractor messed up, Coleen personally stepped in, held him accountable, and made sure the job was fixed correctly. She was equally hands-on with every detail that mattered. She also navigated a very complex sale with multiple offers, a competitive bidding situation, pricing challenges, and various contingencies. Her professionalism, experience, and leadership made a stressful process feel manageable and ultimately successful. Im a 45-year-old executive and Ill admit this process required more hand-holding than I expected. Coleen did that without hesitation and without judgment.
