She worked with the seller. I subtitted an offer just a few hours after was listed and waited, and waited and waited. Figuring multiple offers had come in, I submitted a new offer (Cash) and waited and waited and waited. Agent never responded to my AGENt who called and emailed multiple times. Finally, got her on the phone when she said that the sellers chose a different offer. Well, I never even had a chance, due to her lack of professionalism, In my opinion, agent acted unethically in ignoring my offers (each had a deadline for response) which was completely ignored. As the saying goes...Buyer be ware!!
