Colin was very helpful from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and involved. Colon gave expert advice and kept our wants and needs at the forefront of every conversation. I never once felt like we had wasted any time. Throughout the negotiations, he was steady and capable. Buying a home is very stressful but with Colin helping us out, it was an extremely easy and fun process.

I'd give more stars if I could. We had been putting off something we needed to do -- selling a rental property originally purchased for my son and his friends to live in while he was in college -- when Colin approached us. We thought we were in for a long marketing period and that we'd have to make significant concessions, given the property's condition, the time of year, and covid.We began serious discussions sometime along about mid-October. We closed on January 6. Colin handled everything, from pricing advice to dealing with the tenants we still had in the property, And when the clean-up crew he had engaged wouldn't leave the property without being paid and I was out of contact, Colin paid them out of his pocket.I don't anticipate being involved in the College Station housing market again, but if I do, there's no doubt whom I will call.
