Colin came by to show our house when it was listed for sale by owner. He recommended a few small updates and fixes to the property and said it would help the house sell. We took our house off the market and did some fixes when we re-listed we did so with Colin. He did a great job selling our house. He also put in a lot of time helping us find the perfect place for our family to move to. I have since recommended Colin to all of our friends.
