Colleen is the best real estate agent I have encountered without question. She sold my home in record time (21 days) in a difficult market for exactly what I wanted. Other million+ homes were sitting for 6mo-yr. She works hard on her incredible social media presence which proved instrumental in the quick sale. She also reached out to me when she located an investment property she knew I would want and assisted me in locating a commercial property expert in another market. She is client focused, knowledgeable and, most importantly, a good person that can be trusted. I would recommend her to anyone.
