More about Colleen Couse
I began my career as a Realtor at Shear Realty in 2002. I have won Top Agent awards for several years in a row by serving my clients best interests and strive to truly earn this honor once again in 2017. I hope you enjoy the area as much as I do. I've made the high desert my home after a move from upstate New York many years ago. In my free time, I enjoy camping on the Colorado River with family and friends or you might catch me walking around Spring Valley Lake with my daughters. Buying? I'll show you properties to fit your needs, find your dream home, assist in the financing process, achieve our shared goal, close the deal! Selling? I'll list your property, give you real advice on how to best prepare your property for sale, advertise your property, achieve our shared goal, close the deal!
