Mrs “Rules and Regulations should be followed”, (Colleen Loris) was just in adjudication and fined for violating short term rental laws in the city. I guess she thinks only little black girls should follow rules.

Colleen has to be the most unethical real estate agent out there. She mislead, omitted facts and outright lied. Finally was successful in eliminating her commission and closing cost she wrongfully told the title company to bill to me.

Colleen Loria is a racist bigot. Her bias was evident upon our initial interaction. Her dialogue was racially insensitive, disparaging, and offensive. Her demeanor is self-absorbed and completely financially driven, without consideration of the client.

She has a problem with LGBTQ buyers and other minorities. She used hate speech and generalized several times during our conversation. I couldn't believe my ears. Maybe she assumed I was also a bigot because I'm white? Anyhow, I left and used another broker.

Colleen is a racist & bigot. As a Hmong American, her comments towards Asian Americans are unacceptable. ESPECIALLY after the increase in hate crimes against Asian Americans this past year and a half. If you have any morals at all, I suggest doing your business elsewhere. And judging from her other unsatisfactory reviews, I'm not the only one who has experienced racism at Colleen's hands.
