She is prompt, knowledgeable, engaged in the process, always in touch with all parties to ensure everything moves forward accordingly and very personable. I highly recommend Colleen, she goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and more, she listens to you, pays attention to even smallest details, even if it is just an afterthought, she is always looking out for her client's best interested. We just closed on our first home!! Even though we are first time homebuyers we were also looking a few years ago. We had a terrible experience with our first real estate consultant. He was lazy, he kept pushing us to buy houses in areas we absolutely did not want to buy in and seemed uninterested in helping us find the right home instead trying to get us into any home. Before meeting Colleen we were a little apprehensive thinking that most real estate consultants would be like our first one. In the first 5 minutes of meeting Colleen we knew she was different. She is so happy, welcoming and most of all we could tell right away that she LOVES what she does! We looked at over 20 houses and not once did we feel like she was pushing us to hurry up and choose one. She even went through everything we should expect during the process and explained all the paperwork that we would be seeing once we put an offer on a house. She was patient the whole time and once we finally found the house we love she was there for us and fighting for us! I will always be grateful for Colleen and will never hesitate to hire and refer her in the future. Thank you Colleen for a most wonderful experience!!

Colleen answered every question and concern we had in regard to our inquiries involving our first ever home purchase. The transition was made so smoothly that our worries diminished shortly after she explained how the process of buying a home is made with ease and very little stress with the right realtor and she was very much that to my wife and I during our search, our bids and our actual buy. Colleen was amazing! I would definitely recommend her! She is very professional and was able to get us the house we wanted very quickly, and took care of the entire process very smoothly! All we had to do was tell her we wanted the house and the next thing we heard was that the house was ours! Thank you Colleen!!

2 years ago, Colleen helped me buy my current home. The home had just come on the market in a desirable neighborhood and was not going to be on the market long. Colleen drive from Long Beach to the high desert to meet me at 7:00 at night! At 8:00 we stood in my kitchen, submitted an offer and we were in escrow by noon the next day! It was the best and easiest experience, and I will be forever grateful! Still loving my home!!
