Colleen ROCKS! I have known her for a few years and two of her greatest assetts are her honesty and integrity; qualities that are truly hard to find today. While some realtors may rush you out to look at property, Colleen takes the time to build a relationship with you. I called Colleen out from Zillow and she was immediately there to answer all of my questions. We ended up scheduling a viewing for 2 days after the call, but later that day she called and asked if I was available to see the home THE SAME DAY as she had a cancellation. I have not received response time like that in with talking with realtors in the area for a year. She was a blessing to find, and Im going to give her a great review for her awesomeness! I riddled her with questions the entire showing and she was amazingly informative about the real estate process, I am a first time home buyer and I do not understand exactly what order things work in. We were looking at a foreclosed home that didnt have a ton of information available. I cannot rare her negotiation skills at this time, but if we end up closing a deal together Ill give her another review! Highly recommend giving her a shot!
