In the past 30 years, we have sold/purchased eleven homes. Colleen has been the most knowledgeable, most responsive agent we have ever dealt with in real estate. She is very friendly and high energy. There was not one request we asked of her that she did not go above and beyond to fulfill. She always answered her phone, speedy responses to text messages and emails. We were not her only client, so this was quite impressive to us. We would highly recommend Colleen to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Colleen Hess is the very best realtor I have ever had (I have bought and sold 8 houses). She sold our house in Palm Coast in one week. She worked so hard. She made it a point to be present at every showing. She sold the house. What I mean is that she was present at every showing and made it a point to make sure the potential buyers knew what a great house she was selling.
