Colleen made the sale of my out of state home in Florida as easy as should could possibly make it. She kept me informed of the entire process, gave me sound advice, recommended contractors and electricians that saved me money when repairs needed to be made before the sale, and went above and beyond to make sure she didn't miss a detail. I would highly recommend her services!

Colleen was a Godsend when I was living out of state and purchasing a home in Englewood. She understood exactly what I wanted and would pre screen some homes before I would come down for my house hunting trips. It saved us a lot of time for the short amount of time that I would have here. Once under contract, she took care of things that should have been my responsibility ie: inspections, closing location and such. I highly recommend Colleen as she certainly made my life easier with my interstate purchase and immediately understood my wants and needs

Colleen prepared me initially for house visits by sending me listings electronically. The listings were based on my wants and needs--she "heard" what I was looking for. She would add in some from time to time if she saw a listing with something that may interest me, even if it fell out of my parameters. When there were issues needed to be addressed, she contacted the other agent immediately. Colleen has a calm demeanor that I really appreciate! And a fabulous sense of humor...I truly enjoyed working with Colleen, and am so thrilled to call her my friend! 😃
