My wife and I relocated from St. Clair County. We really struggled with our first agent and the competitive nature of the Grosse Pointe market. We lost 5 properties that we had offers placed on so we finally sought out an alternate agent. We were impressed with Connies knowledge of the area and how connected she was with the other local agents. She worked with the listing agent to help us negotiate a deal on our new home in Grosse Pointe. We couldnt be more satisfied with our experience with Connie. My wife and I strongly recommend her. The only regret we have is that we didnt reach out to her sooner.

My wife and I were looking for a home in the Pointes and had our eye on one in particular after going to many open houses on our own. We decided that we wanted a realtor who worked in the area and called Connie based on her reputation. This was an excellent decision. Connie met with us quickly after my first phone call to her and that same day she had arranged a showing for us. A couple days later she had four more showings lined up for us. We had our heart set on one house in particular and communicated that with Connie on day one. She took that into consideration and showed us that home in detail along with many comparable ones. In the end, she helped us purchase our dream home and made every step of the process comfortable. We also had a vacation pre-planned and Connie took care of the inspections while we were away, keeping us in the loop the entire time and allowing us to sign forms electronically. Her knowledge of the Grosse Pointe area is top notch and she was always available to answer our questions and calm our nerves during the home buying experience.

Could not have asked for better service in this sales endeavor. Connie is very knowledgeabe about pricing points in all of the Grosse Pointe communities, and her response to all inquiries throughout this process were immediate. She is also very courteous, confident, considerate, and was also very resourceful in suggesting names of additional contractors, which was very helpful in completing last-minute "to do" items necessary for the sale of our home. If I were to return to the east side again to buy another home, I would work with Connie again in a heartbeat.

Connie Dunlap has everything we wanted in a realtor. She was our agent for the sale of our home of 25 years and for the purchase of our forever home. The experience she brings to the table helped us immeasurably - including bringing the buyer for our home the day after we signed papers, resulting in the sale before it even went to market. The first house we purchased in Grosse Pointe was listed by Connie. We were so impressed by her professionalism, that we called her to help us sell the same house a few years later. When we made the decision to move out of the area, we contact Connie immediatly. She is very knowlegable about the real estate market in the GP area. We trusted her opinion and knew she had our best interests in mind when it came to pricing and negotiating. Our next move will be out of this area, and we wish we could bring Connie with us in case we buy or sell house in the future.

Our home-buying experience with Connie was one we will never forget. My fiancee and I were living out of state and planning our move to the area. While looking for homes, we found a new listing we absolutely loved. I was put in touch with Connie via Zillow and she responded very quickly. She immediately informed us that the home was in high demand and would be taken off the market the same day as it was listed, as there had already been a number of offers. Connie rushed to the property, FaceTimed me, and walked me through the property. She informed me that we had very limited time, about 90 minutes, to get an offer in to the seller. Sight unseen, we made an offer and Connie expertly negotiated on our behalf. I've purchased multiple homes and I've never worked with a real estate agent who went to such great lengths to secure a home. Her confidence, diligence, and expert skill in purchasing a home was awe-inspiring. I really don't mean for this review to sound hyperbolic - and I rarely write reviews online for anything - but she is a truly outstanding professional. Work with her if you can.

Connie was an incredible guide, mentor, and advocate throughout our whole home buying process! It was our first home purchase and we were relocating from out of town, so we needed a lot of support in learning more about the area, and negotiating the steps to buying our first home. She was patient, honest, insightful, and fierce in negotiation over the details of the final agreement to make sure we were appropriately represented and happy with the final deal. She's a great communicator, kept the process moving along for us even though we were out of town, and even connected me with local folks to help us get settled into our new city!We love our new home, and would never have been able to find a great place, in a great neighborhood, for a great deal that anticipated all the challenges of renovating an older home w/o Connie's help. If you're considering using her, DO IT! She's amazing.
