Connie Tiberia

I am a full time professional agent that will get the job done. I take pride in the work that I do, and I am efficient and easy to talk to. I enjoy working with sellers before they list with me on tips to staging and effective marketing to get their home SOLD. When working with buyers, I will meet with them initially to chat and get a good view of what exactly the client is looking for, and then help them with the pre approval process. I happened to get into Real Estate a few years back from the influence of my sister, Karen Gill, Coldwell Banker Town and Country, and have been an agent for three years. I have learned from the best in the business. I look forward to working as your local Real Estate Agent, feel free to email, text, or call with any questions. I am here to assist you with all of your Real Estate needs.
