The worst agent ever . Don't trust , and find another agent to take care of your matter . Me and my friend had an application to rent a house together , I gathered all the documents and sent it by Email to Connie . On Sunday she sent me an Email that I have to do some more paper, I called her , and she asked for a $45 to run my credit, that I sent right away from my bank account through ZELL to her bank account. I called today to ask about the status of the application, she didn't answer my call , okey , then I texted her , she replied by ( the landlord accepted another application). I called my friend to ask him how much he paid her , he answered that he didn't pay anything. Neither his three kids and his wife ( all over 18 ). Mrs Connie she charged me to run my credit, but she didn't charge my co-applicant . By her message, she said that they ran the credit for all appreciates , but they didn't do for my friend's family, or maybe for some one else . By her message she said that she ran the credit for a 25 applications . - she got a lot of money to her bank account ( credit bureau charges $15- $30). Also.she said that I have a mortgage, It's not her business if I have a mortgage and I want to rent a house . It's legal . Also by Law , she should send a receipt with credit charge but she didn't when I asked her, only she ignored my messages. And I asked her exactly if the $45 only to run the credit , she answered yes ( I still have the message). She trying to collect extra money for her by run the credit for too many people . Be careful of her, don't send money to her bank account, do everything by receipt or invoice . Or best thing - stay away from her -.
