We absolutely cannot recommend Connor enough if you are buying a home! Connor has made this journey completely stress free and a total joy. We had so many anxieties in making a home purchase in this market and never in a million years would I have thought we'd walk away saying it was one of the easiest things we've ever done, and we have him to thank! Connor's knowledge and experience in this industry, his passion to serve people with integrity and do right by them, communicating quickly and ability to negotiate on or behalf made gave us such ease and confidence. Connor was both professional and personable. My daughters and I felt like he became a family friend through the process of finding a new home. He sold my home in one day (when I finally decided I was ready to take the plunge and do it!!). He was more than patient with me looking in many locations at many price points. I appreciated that patience as it helped me finally move into a fantastic new home for my family.

This was our first experience in selling a house, and we were so blessed to have Connor on our side representing us. He walked us through the process in a manner that was smooth, easy to understand and also allowed us to gain a lot of knowledge. He helped us figure out what was best in order to prep our home for the showings. He had an amazing photographer make our house showcase as a brand new beautiful home.. it almost made us not want to sell! His marketing materials and strategies brought a ton of interest to our home. He offered his help numerous times in assisting to move anything to get the home open house ready. He came the day prior to the open house and explained to us what the day was going to entail and hung up "key feature" cards to best show our home. He answered my phone calls or texts almost always immediately and if not he got back to me within a short amount of time. I was able to get a hold of him anytime of day; it was like having a friend walk through the process with us. We had debated about going with a Redfin agent because of the low commission- take it from me, Connor goes above and beyond and is worth every penny!! He was kind, prompt, personable, respectful and we lucked out having such a great realtor. He was able to get us multiple offers after our first weekend of open houses and our home sold $25,000 over asking!!! I mean if that doesn't say it, I don't know what does. We moved out of state while the home was still in escrow and he made everything as smooth as possible and stress free. Thanks again Connor for going above and beyond!
