Cor Bregman

I rented this unit paid Cor Bregman ( owner ) at referral realty $ 3388.50 for one month. My husband is sick so we are at Mayo Clinic, and do not live in Arizonia. Upon arriving at unit # 1077 we were welcomed with 4 gigantic roaches laying around dead in the unit, a washing machine that sounded like a train coming through the room ( also didn't spin the clothes ) a air conditioning unit that I was told I could not turn down past 76 or it would freeze he kept $1388.50 of my money and we were ther for 1 hour. The place was dirty and smelled also. SEE what you are paying for first! This guy is a slum lord. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM! He said he owns 25 other units, BEWARE!

Renters Beware: Do not rent from realtor/owner Cor Bregman. He is dishonest, irresponsible, dismissive, and arrogant. We have been annual renters in the Scottsdale area for the past 20 years with a stellar reputation. Never before have we rented a unit in such horrible, neglected condition with so unreliable and uncaring an owner. - There was a cockroach infestation in the bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The microwave oven blew a fuse every time we used it. - The laundry room walls were filled with mold and had to be taken down to the studs while we were renting the unit. - The unit was devoid of many necessities: no bucket for cleaning, no laundry baskets, not one extra set of bed sheets or blankets. - The shower curtain was moldy. - The bedroom carpet was unravelling and caused a tripping hazard. - The microwave oven blew a fuse every time we used it. - The unit was poorly lit, bordering on hazardous. - The couch & bedding were extremely uncomfortable. - Furniture was chipped and worn. - The door frame was coming away from the wall. Cor left on a cruise for 3 weeks after we occupied the unit. When we asked him who to contact regarding any issues while he was away, he replied “there are no issues in my unit.” He ended up illegally keeping our $500.00 security deposit. This man’s license should be revoked.
