Corey Fraise

Co-Owner of Fraise Auction and Real Estate, Corey was born and raised in Southeast Iowa where he resides today with his wife Carrie and two children Sydney and Holden. Corey is a fulltime 2nd generation auctioneer and real estate broker who works with both buyers and sellers on the private market and through the auction method. He has extensive knowledge in the sales of single family residences, income properties, commercial property, land and acreages in both the Mt. Pleasant and Fort Madison, Iowa areas and is also experienced in 1031 Tax Exchanges. Corey is a member of the Iowa Association of Auctioneers, National Association of Auctioneers, Iowa Realtors Association, National Realtors Association as well as a member of both the Mount Pleasant and Fort Madison MLS. Corey is active and involved member in several non-profit organizations and enjoys lending his experience in successful charity auctions.
