Corrina Westermann

Very difficult to work with. Made EVERY step more difficult than it needed to be.

In these days of busy people and sometimes scarce professionalism and competence, it is such a pleasure to work with Corrina. Her range of knowledge, her skills in analyzing situations and making sound, doable recommendations have been of great value to us. If Corrina offers to do something, if she takes on an action or responds to a request, we are confident that the delivery will be prompt and of the highest standards. How wonderful to get MORE than what was promised - that seems to be Corrina's personal standard. In a profession that is continually battered by challenging regulatory barriers, trust is invaluable and Corrina has ours.

From the CMA to the closing Corrina was there all the way. She did an outstanding job. Coming up with sale strategy that resulted in a price of $20k more than the listing price. Allowing us and the buyer to be completely satisfied with both sides of the sale. Her steady, thorough hand, in the process helped usher an on time closing without any changes or disruptions. Exemplary service!!

I would not list our home or purchase any home without Corrina Westerman. She is very thorough professional not to mention knowledgeable. I have in the past and will in the future refer family and friends to her should they be planning any real estate transaction. When you find a good doctor or dentist you stay with them why not do the same in your real estate transactions. Corrina not only knows her local area put the East side of the state as well.

Our situation was a bit different than most. We listed with Corrina at the last minute just before we left to live for an indefinite time in a foreign country. She set up all the paperwork so that we could close on it remotely from outside the country. Every step of the way she was professional and we trusted her with every aspect of the process.
