Cory sold our house in less than a week and knows Westside better than anyone! We tried FSBO for 6 days prior and after speaking with several local agents Cory ultimatly knew the area and our homes value better than anyone. He lives and grew up in the neighborhood so we liked that as well. He also blew the advertising out of the water! He had signs everywhere and had postcards of the open house out within two days of speaking with him which included the professional pictures which were done within 24 hours of signing the listing agreement.
