Courtney Boecker

As a Samson Properties agent, I am dedicated to helping my clients find the home of their dreams. Whether you are buying or selling a home or just curious about the local market, I would love to offer my support and services. I know the local community — as both an agent and a neighbor— and can help guide you through the nuances of our local market. I gives exceptional attention to detail and enjoys the design aspect of staging and marketing homes. With a combined 11 years of customer service including four years of network marketing experience and 7 years of clinical patient care I strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment and to bring a little fun into every real estate transaction. Although born and raised as a Pennsylvania native I have lived in Maryland for the past 17 years and can truly call Baltimore home. I loves the beach, home decorating, and enjoying a good meal in the kitchen with friends and family over a good glass of wine. I am a busy mother of 2 children and my motto is “the busiest people always get things done.”
