Our search began from out of state and Courtney was amazing, being full of insight and extremely knowledgeable of local agents, neighborhoods, listings, upgrades, property condition, etc. We were in the middle of our search when the pandemic hit. We were unable to visit the state to finish our search in person. Courtney was very generous with her time as virtual site visits were essential and coupled with her honest opinion we are able to find the perfect house. During the escrow, she made the entire process incredibly smooth with property inspectors, requests for repairs, etc. We would highly recommended Courtney for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Bozeman area.
