Courtney was great. She helped us find the perfect house after telling her what we were looking for and came prepared to put a contract on the house when we went to see it since we were pretty certain this was going to be the house we wanted. Because she came prepared we were able to put the first contract on the house and because of her expertise and coaching we actually got the contract and were able to purchase our dream house. She was great at negotiating and getting us the best deal possible. She was available anytime we had questions and if she didn't have the answer already she got it for us quickly. She held our hand every step of the way and explained the process to us and reassured us every time it seemed that the ground was getting a little shaky. She was always very pleasant and because she was great our son also ended up using her as his realtor and bought a house from her.

Best realtor to work with, she understands what you need and she goes beyond your need. Courtney answered my calls and text message anytime brother it was day or night she was on it. If I was to do this all over again I would choose her again.

Courtney was very invested in selling our house. She was in constant communication and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had 3 failed attempts with buyers either dropping out or not getting financing and each time she was supportive and kept a positive attitude. She was great!
