Courtney and Doug were exceptional realtors to work with during our process of buying and selling our home. They were professional, hardworking, and dedicated to us as their clients. They were prompt with all communication, and were able to handle every step of this process in a timely manner. I have dealt with 7-8 realtors in my life, but can say without a doubt that Courtney Monaco is head-and-shoulders above them all. Courtney could teach a Masters Class in Real Estate Her approach is very common sense, logical and fact based. When deciding on a listing price, Courtney brought me 8-9 comparables in my area. With each home, she showed me +/- price differences based on what that home had that mine didnt and vice-versa. On a weekly basis, Courtney provided statistics as to what was happening in my area; new sales, pending sales, price reductions, under contract, etc. This data along with her continued calls and text made me comfortable that I had made the right choice.
