5-Star Review"I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I just completed my fifth successful real estate transaction with the help of Mark Shepard. This included helping me sell my first home at a nice profit and finding me the home of my dreams on Valley Vista in Sherman Oaks in '99. Then he performed absolute magic to keep the sale alive in the very middle of the '08 bank collapse (we were scheduled to close the Monday after Lehman Bros. collapsed) by finding the buyer a private equity source and negotiating a sweet deal for me to loan the buyer my proceeds for a nice profit. Our most recent transaction was the sale of our Chatsworth home. It wasn't an easy sale, by any means. The buyers were very demanding and we were leaving the state and anxious to close. Mark again worked his magic, allowing us to buy a ranch in Ohio while pocketing a nice nest egg from the proceeds. I have recommended Mark to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Now, the bad news: Rodeo doesn't do business in rural Ohio, so I couldn't use Mark for the new purchase. We used Mark for 3 different transactions -- buying and selling an investment condo and for selling our single family home when we finally needed to leave Los Angeles.
