Coy Raynor

Coy Raynor, Assistant Manager at The Lodge at Black Forest, is a Colorado Springs native. He has over 20 years' experience in Residential, Commercial, and Multifamily property management, development and sales, facility maintenance, and the construction industry. He has years of experience also working with LIHTC, U.S.D.A and Section 8 programs. He understands the intricacies of creating and maintaining the working relationships with both Owners and Tenants and the importance of every Owners asset investment. Working with Owners to maximize their cash flow and preserve the value of their asset is always his priority. Though Coy was born and raised in Colorado Springs, he spent several years in the Nevada market. But the draw of beautiful Colorado has brought him, and his three kids back to the area to enjoy all the recreational amenities of the area. From camping, hunting and fishing to four wheeling and hiking, he truly enjoys being back with his fellow Coloradans.
