As a first time home buyer Craig was awesome. He was extremely easy to communicate with and was lightning fast on setting up viewings no matter the time or place. Craig is fantastic. He took the time to understand our unique needs in the home we were purchasing. Despite it being and incredibly hard market for purchasing a home, he guided us through negotiations that landed us a house that met all our needs in a fantastic subdivision. We appreciated his advice as we prepped our previous home to list. He ensured our house looked absolutely fabulous for photos and showings. 5 Stars for Craig, absolutely. Craig was referred to us through a friend/coworker connection, and so not to affect the coworker connection, made sure to refer us to the best. Craig is very personable and he is as loyal as he is smart, so he was a brilliant deal-maker for us. He understands all perspectives and his natural skill of empathy makes him a master at what he does. For anyone who is relatively new to home buying like we were, Craig also is wonderful at explaining the process to anyone. Craig was just a flat out rock star. He was referred to us by a friend of ours and was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I found him professional, knowledgeable, eager to help and most of all he listened to what we wanted and worked accordingly. He is very nice, easy to communicate, and very patient with us! We only have time to look at houses in the evening and during the weekends. He is always willing to work with us, even meet us at open houses (that he doesn't need to show). It is awesome is he gather options from both me and my husband, then he know exactly what we want, amazing, right?! The house we end up buying was the one he suggested to show us! He won't try to push houses not in your target ranges, every time we check out a property he will check electrical and pipe lines to make sure the house is in good shape! We love Craig absolutely! He made our buying experience very smooth and pleasant!

He was even able to arrange for a closer to come to my work to close us because the title company didn't have accommodating hours. We will use him again in the future to sell our existing home
