Lady's and Gentlemen, this guy knows his stuff. I've worked with other realtors in the past- buying and selling multiple properties, and they were good... When it came down to buying an investment property in Wellington with a multifaceted complex deal to say the least, we looked to Craig for help. His years of experience totally showed- he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and spot-on when it came down to what the home should be bought for. We ended up buying it for tens of thousands less because Craig knew how to negotiate on our behalf. I've never seen an agent so attentive, informative and willing to bat the way that Craig did. Ive been working with Craig for the past 3 months to find a home. I recently moved from NY to FL and was looking for my very first home. Although I didnt have a good understanding of the area, Craig was able to supplement and propose houses with my preferences and price range. Craig was an incredible realtor, and we highly recommend him! He helped us buy a home in Boca Raton, FL during the pandemic when inventory was low and in a complete sellers market. He always putS his clients needs and desires first. He took the initiative to send letters to all homes within the specific communities we wanted. Not only did he do that, but he was able to find us an off market home this way in a highly competitive harsh market! Throughout our search for the perfect home, he was patient, kind, and readily available to show us homes with short notice. He showed us many, many homes until he personally found us the perfect one!! He is never pushy and extremely honest. He looks out for OUR interests, and he is a great negotiator. He always makes himself available to guide you every step of the whole process. Craig is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and Palm Beach County, and he will search until he finds you the perfect home! knowledgeable and experienced agent willing to go the extra mileI didn't originally use Craig for the sale of my unit because I wanted to save by using a discount real estate service. I had my place listed for over six months with only one offer. The unit was not being monitored properly. I had empty bottles left in my fridge and dirt all over the ground floor from showings. The property was a vacation home and unfortunately I was to far to inspect it regularly. When my contract expired I listed with Craig and within the first four weeks my showings increased and I had two offers. Craig was at the unit every few giving me updates of the condition and was willing to meet handymen for repairs if necessary. He also had my contacts to give me for insurance questions, legal questions or contractors. The worst problem during my listing was when the HOA board trying to block my sale due to a recent painting of the exterior two days before closing. I received I letter from the HOA stating the finish was wrong and it had to be repainted. Craig was able to help me navigate through the legal issue and I closed two days later as planned! Craig is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted as the seller. In addition, given that I was out-of-state, we came-up with a plan to ensure the house was sold. For example, because my home was a previous rental, he recommended that I have the interior of the house painted, cleaned-up and landscaping performed. If I wasn't able to find someone to do the work (because I was almost 2,000 miles away), he would look-up a few names for me. He was instrumental at helping to move the process along to ensure it went smoothly. If it were another realtor, I know I would have had issues being at such a distance. I highly recommend him as your realtor.

Craig sold our house (for more than we were expecting) and helped us negotiate and finalize a complicated land/new build contract. I had the pleasure of meeting Craig online while searching for properties in Wellington, FL. Craig responded immediately to my inquiry and was extremely helpful in answering questions.
